Everything you'd expect from a great hire

Ask

Ask it anything. It picks the tools.

Agents take custom instructions and work out what each question needs, whether that's your internal documents, the live web, or any of the 1,000+ apps you connect. You see every tool it ran, and every line of the answer carries its source.

Ground

Every answer shows its sources

Connect SharePoint, Drive, Notion or your own files, and the agent answers from them. Each claim carries a citation you can click through to the exact passage, so you can check its work the way you'd check a colleague's.

Three things worth knowing before the call:

  • Renewal is 12 Sept and sits with Dana โ€” 40 days out, no close plan yet. [2]
  • They announced a Series C on Tuesday, so the March budget objection is stale. [3]
  • Your last QBR left one promise open: the SSO rollout date. [1]

Act

Give your agents hands, not just brains

Connect any of 1,000+ apps and the agent acts in them: it sends the email, updates the deal, files the ticket, posts the summary to Slack. You decide which tools each agent gets.

Reuse

Build once, use everywhere

Once your agent is set up, reuse it everywhere: call it from Slack, drop it in as a column in a Grid that runs across thousands of rows, or chat with it on demand. When a new model ships, switch to it without rebuilding anything.

FAQs

A standing teammate you brief once. You give it instructions, a model, the documents it should know, and the apps it is allowed to use. From then on you ask it for things in chat, Slack, Teams, email or WhatsApp, and it can act in those apps rather than only answering.

No. Describe the job in a sentence and the Agent Builder writes the instructions, picks a model and connects the apps for you. Everything it wrote is visible in the editor, so you can change any part of it afterwards.

The first working version takes a few minutes. Most of the remaining effort is connecting the apps it needs and pointing it at the right documents. After that you refine the instructions once you have seen a few real runs.

In QX, or from Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, email, or the API. You @mention it like a colleague, and it keeps the context of the conversation it is in.

You choose per agent, from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others, and you can switch model later without rebuilding anything. New models appear in the picker as they ship, so an agent you built months ago can run on the latest one.

An agent can only use the tools you switch on for it, and only reach the data you connect. Every run is logged end to end, from the inputs and each tool call to the output and what it cost, so you can check its work on a small scale before widening access.

ChatGPT answers in a chat window and starts cold each time. A QX agent is connected to your CRM, inbox, calendar and documents, can take action in them, keeps working context between sessions, and leaves an audit trail.

No. Your documents and runs are not used to train models. QX is ISO 27001:2022 certified and GDPR compliant, with SOC 2 Type II in progress. Details and current reports are in the Trust Centre.
