No. You describe what each column should do in plain English, or pick an integration from the list. Spreadsheet-style formulas are there if you want them, but nothing depends on them.
QX estimates the credits and asks you to approve the run before anything executes. The usual pattern is to run the first ten rows, open a few cells to check the output, then approve the rest.
