Our credits system is how you chat, build and run everything in QX. Credits are usage-based so you'll never pay more than you use. You'll be able to see estimated credit costs for different grids and flows, and can keep track of usage in the portal.

No. Our pricing is based on overall workspace credits which are shared across your organization. The Pro plan is limited to 15 seats but within that your team shares the same credit pool.

Pro is priced at a flat $2.50 per 1,000 credits per month. Annual billing gives you a 20% discount, taking the effective rate down to $2.00 per 1,000 credits. Top-ups stay at $2.50 per 1,000 credits at every package — no scaling penalties or tier-specific rates. Enterprise plans with higher volume offer custom pricing.

Yes — Pro is designed to scale with you. Upgrade or downgrade between any of the 13 credit packages (from 12k up to 1 million credits per month) at any time. Stripe handles the proration automatically, so you only pay for the difference for the rest of the current billing period.

Yes. You can switch at any time from your account billing page. Annual billing applies a 20% discount on your next renewal. Switching from annual back to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual term.

Your existing grids, flows and agents stay accessible — you just can't run new executions until your next monthly reset, you upgrade to a larger credit package, or you buy a top-up pack at $2.50 / 1,000 credits.

Yes, all of them. Agents, grids, flows, knowledge vaults and 1,000+ integrations are available on both Free and Pro. The only difference between tiers is monthly credit allowance and seat count (Free: 3 seats, Pro: up to 15).

Yes. Our platform supports major model providers including OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini.
