Cookie Policy
Effective date: 9 May 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how QX Labs (operated by Quantera Ltd, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on qxlabs.com. It describes what these technologies are, why we use them, and your rights to control them.
For broader information about how we handle personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device on subsequent visits and remember information about your session. Cookies can be “session cookies” (deleted when you close your browser) or “persistent cookies” (stored until they expire or you delete them). First-party cookies are set by us; third-party cookies are set by external services.
How we use cookies
We group the cookies we use into two categories:
- Essential cookies — necessary for the website to function. They cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors interact with our site so we can improve it. These are only set after you give your consent.
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If we introduce them in future we will update this policy and ask for your consent again.
Cookies we set

These cookies are strictly necessary for the website to work correctly. They do not require your consent.

Analytics cookies
These cookies are only set after you click “Accept All” on our cookie banner. They help us measure traffic and understand how visitors use the site.

Third-party embeds
Our booking page uses the Cal.com embed. When you interact with the booking widget, Cal.com may set its own cookies in accordance with their privacy policy, over which we have no control.
Your choices
When you first visit our site, a cookie banner gives you the option to Accept All (including analytics) or Essential Only (functional cookies only). Your choice is stored in your browser and respected on all subsequent visits.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, or by contacting us at hello@qxlabs.com.
You can also manage cookies directly through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly.
Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new cookies or change our practices. Material changes will be flagged by updating the effective date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
